功能概述/Summary

当主分支更新时，自动进行项目构建并推送到内网服务器中

需求背景/Motivation

每次主分支更新，都需要手动拉取并构建代码，效率较低

解决方案/Proposal

使用gitea自带的Gitea Actions功能，实现CI/CD
