功能概述/Summary

在常见问题与文档资料页上方添加分类筛选功能

需求背景/Motivation

为了便于用户快速检索需要的相关资料与问题，在页面上方添加分类筛选功能，以提高检索效率

解决方案/Proposal

借助ElementPlus的Select组件，根据后端传来的信息获取的条目类型，生成下拉选项，用户通过选择下拉选项来筛选条目内容
